WHO SHOULD WIN THE "The Best Goal" Award?

FCG U10 had a remarkable 2023 year, displaying significant improvements as a team and individually, scoring some great goals that should be remembered. In this regard, the academy established a "Best Goal of the Year" award and decided to nominate 2 winners for each half of the year. 1st half of the year contenders:

• SEONG (assisted by Kevin S / 08.01.2023). Great timing and quality of the final pass with a stone-cold chip over the goalkeeper.
• RAIN (assisted by Kevin S / 09.01.2023). Superior accuracy and power of the shot from a long distance.
• REJOE (assisted by Lucas / 04.03.2023). Another great shot that wouldn't be possible to get saved.
• GAVIN (assisted by Simba / 15.04.2023). Perfect transition from defence to attack with a brilliant final split pass and composed finishing.
• LUCAS (assisted by Rain / 01.05.2023). Killer counterattack resulted in the last-minute winning goal with great composure and individual skills.

1st half of the season was full of beautiful goals, but the 2nd half was even more impressive. The contenders for the 2nd half of the year are:

• DRAGON (assisted by Matt / 03.06.2023). The player turned into "Messi" mode and scored one of the most stunning goals of the season.
• MATT (assisted by Percy / 01.10.2023). A sharp transition from the defence, attacking the open space with a beautiful finish.
• KEVIN S (assisted by Percy / 04.10.2023). The perfect showcase of the academy's attacking principles, including building up from the GK, passing to a 3rd man, timing, precision, and great individual qualities.
• KEVIN LI (assisted by Rain / 04.10.2023). A great shot from the distance after an excellent 1st touch.
• PERCY (assisted by Lucas / 06.10.2023). Beautiful pass and finish in the semi-final match, where the stakes and pressure were at their peak.
